Best chicken over rice in delaware and beyond! I am a chicken over rice fanatic and have tried most if not all chicken over rice... food carts/brick mortar locations. Shahs halal is hands down the best in my opinion. Chicken is well marinated and portions arejust right. The Sauce is where they beat their competitors. Shah?s food is so good! The restaurant is very clean! The food is fresh! The customer service is impecable! The ladies do not... spare the sauce! Let?s start off by acknowledging the beautiful spirits that greet you upon entering the restaurant. The staff is warm and... inviting and TRUST that their recommendations are not misleading. I purchased a bottle of the white sauce and hot sauce. I?mwaiting for them to bottle the cilantro dressing!!!! Now, me meal, the felafel gyro was flavorful and made to perfection.
