I ordered an Iced shaken espresso with oat milk and thought it didn?t look right when I picked it up but hoped I be wrong. When... I took a sip it tasted like they put burnt drip brew instead of espresso. Completely undrinkable so I wasted $5. Not really whatI was looking for. Am writing a formal complaint to Starbucks. Racist and narrow mindedness has no place in customerservice nor our modern society. Do better and get better employees.
