Only satisfied 50% of the time. I ordered drumstick and wing mix ( 9 piece), and all I got was drumsticks. There was no wings... inside. The drumsticks are only 2 inches (photos posted), it?s ridiculous that they even count these mini drumsticks as actualpieces. Read more
Had my worst delivery experience from this place. Seamless/Grubhub had this "Contact-free Delivery" option where drivers should... drop off the food at the lobby/doorstep. However, the person who handled my order left 5 minutes after he was unable to reach me because I was in a meeting without following guidelines to just leave food in the lobby. When I called him back, not only didhe tell me there's nothing he could do, he yelled at me for not picking up the call and hung up on me. After that, I called BoomBoom Chicken and they gave me the exact same response and asked me to reach out to Grubhub instead. Nightmare experience,nightmare review for this place. Read more
It's a shame. I like the flavor of the chicken. Unfortunately, I found a thick piece of hair in my food. wish i can give no... stars, got a picture of the cook cooking with no hair net or cap even after I said something he did not put covering on hishead. Walked in for dinner. Best to order ahead since the wait for the food takes upwards of 20 minutes. We ordered the large wings... and drums (16 pcs) half and half. Came with pickled radish. Very tasty. We also had the boom boom salad and sweet potato fries.No table service- you order food at the counter and eat at several tables in the restaurant. Great little fast food jointserving well made chicken fast and hot with friendliness and smile. The lady who served us made some great suggestions. Read more
