I really only come here for Chino & the drinks. I’ve been coming here for 10 years. All types: dine in, take out, catered... parties. I ordered take out during the pandemic. My disappointment? The steady price increases. The Sunday-Thursday deals arecool. Not many deals but cool, I’ll take the fried wings, which are perfect. But when Friday & Saturday come? Oh boy. The“Specials” become $30 and up. We ordered a WHOLE CHICKEN and was told because we wanted to share, it would be an additional$10. Um, I don’t know anyone who eats a whole chicken during dine in by themselves. Also, the garlic sauce is almostflavorless. On top of that, an automatic 18% gratuity. Like don’t be like other greedy restaurants and go fee crazy. Now,every time I go here, most of the patrons are Black. So is there a correlation between that and the steady price increases?I’m serious and very curious. There are many similar restaurants in the area that are as good, if not better. Don’t shootyourself in the foot Chateau. Anyway, thank you Chino. Read more

I have been going to the Chateau since the early 90's. Let me start by saying that the food is always great! However, besides... the portions growing increasingly smaller and smaller, the price has been rapidly increasing! I bought 2 dishes to go and ifyou look at the picture you'll see it's a very small portion full of rice and fries for the price of $36 dollars for each dish. I will think twice next time when I get the urge to travel so far to get their dishes. Read more

Amazing experience and even better food! Steak was exactly the temperature we asked for and many times at other places it isn't... precise. Loved the service.... Excellent staff. They made us feel like family and they seemed to genuinely enjoy workingtogether and serving. It wasn't just a dinner, it was an experience! Read more

I had a horrible experience with this restaurant and I will never spend a dime with them again. Customer service is horrible and... the manager is very rude! Eat there at your own risk. I ordered a meal to be delivered, I asked for a side of honey garlic sauce(as I’ve done so many times before) and when I received my food it wasn’t in my bag. I called and they said it is now an upcharge. Which is fine, but they should have communicated that with me before allowing me to pay. I spoke with the manager aboutit, of course he was extremely rude about it. He offered to deliver me the sauce. I said “okay”. As soon as the delivery guycame he told me the manager requested 80 cents. It’s not about the money. It’s about the lack of customer service. I havespent so much money at that restaurant and I will never spend another dime there. They lost a loyal customer because they wantedto be funny about 80 cents! Read more
