I picked up breakfast and paid for an extra syrup, so when she handed me the bag, I asked if the extra syrup was in there(last... time it wasn?t) and she said Yes it is. I get 10 minutes away to deliver breakfast and it?s not there, in fact no syrup orplastic ware. I called the store just now. A man answered and I told him and he said he put it in the bag, like I?m lying!! Idon?t know whose bag he put it in, not mine! I asked that they don?t tell us yes it?s in there unless they ARE sure. I would?velooked if she didn?t know. And he was immature and hung up the phone, is this how managers act. Rolling the dice on service atthis store. Only bad review I have written. The hang up is why. Have had many good experiences here however today was less than ideal. After not being able to order in the extremely slow and... lagging app while sitting in the parking lot we pulled up to the speaker at 10:29am. The menu board was just changing at 10:29and we attempted to order, they thought we said big breakfast with hotcakes. We said no, tried to order what we wanted and weretold no more breakfast (by that second it turned 10:30). Never had this haopen before but the manager on duty was the one whomade the call. Edit: Came by for breakfast (Thanksgiving). The app takes orders, menu board on and lit, nobody there, no signsindicating they are closed today (whereas every other McDonald's has signs) Read more
