We have gotten food from this location 3 times in the last 2 months. The previous 2 times were fine. Tonight was absolutely... horrible. We got 4 roast beef sandwiches and a 4 piece chicken nugget with French fries. The roast beef just tasted like it hadbeen reheated multiple times. Chicken nuggets were tiny and the French fries were cold. All of it Went in the trash. I feel weshould be compensated in some way. Either a refund Or another meal at another time. Workers with long hair no nets! Worker with wool hat on and sweatshirt wiping his nose on his sleeve several times and waiting... on customers. Some person with long crazy hair in shorts and T-shirt behind the counter putting his order in the registerhimself! I got French dip sandwich and the girl put too much water in it. We stopped by the Arby's on 21st in Newark OH while attending a soccer game. It's been a long time since I have been in a fast... food restaurant and the workers were so polite. The was even a young man that worked there that wasn't working just stopped onfor food for him and his wife and he was helping customers with drinks and sauces. I honestly wish I knew the name of the young man that took my order. He was by far the most energetic, attentive, highly... engaged and friendly person that I have met in ANY drive thru since about 1983. The food at this location was the standard faremade from precooked meat and fries stored away and waiting for an eager customer to consume it. Definitely not fresh, but youcould do a lot worse. Overall, the food was "meh" but the pleasant ordering experience made it worthwhile. Read more
