Made a mobile order and upon arrival at location it appeared they were closed as all the lights on the drive thru menu were... off. When I pulled up to the drive thru someone did answer and said something about only taking certain orders, when I told themI had a mobile order they told me to go ahead and pull around. Took a good 15 minutes to get my order, indicating again thatthey weren't anticipating anyone showing up although there were 4 people working and no other customers. Ordered a strawberryfrosty and was told they didn't have any, took chocolate as a substitute. Once home I found everything in the order to be coldand stale. Major disappointment. Read more
This Wendy's is NOT fast food at all!! It took 23 minutes from when I entered the line (with three cars in front of me) until I... paid, then 6 more minutes to get my food! Another time no one was in line and my son and I pulled up and two guy's were outsidetaking a smoke break and said they couldn't take our order now but come back or just pull over for 15 minutes then they would beready! WTH!! They told the same thing to three other cars and then we just went somewhere else. This was the Wendy's by thebasket, off 16 in Newark and around 9:30 at night, both times! Read more
Not a good stop at all. Needed to grab lunch on my way out of town. Burger was wrong, fries were hard and overly salted. The... Coke self serve machine was out of several drinks. Cashier was slow and not very well kept. I won't be stopping at this locationagain. Read more
On errands with the kids and went through the drive thru. This place almost always messes up my order. Usually it's missing... items. Today did not disappoint. They tried to give me only half the order and the pic is what they call a Large Fries. I alwayssay I'm not coming back here again but sometimes you're on a time limit with 3 hungry kids and you have to make choices...so youforgive and give another try...and then you remember. Read more
