Alex doesn't own these anymore. BARLARNEY'S OWNS NOW. My issues are "cashier has Receipt " 90 percent of the time . Newest... update: Now 4 ????, 3 times in a row without having to go inside to get recept, Do I dare make you my GO TO now? I only stopif I have too and buy bare minum instead of filling up. For the most part you get what you give...employees have been friendly most of the time and other times maybe a bit ofrudeness. People make a business not your marketing strategy when your rural. Employees are human and we're all allowed to haveoff days. We get that but Barlarney's maybe not so much.. However we want to support locally businesses, unfortunately weremember bad services and it does effect us supporting them as much as we would if we didn't experience this so often. Onaverage just with one customer your losing about 400.00 per month we spend eles where...as now you might get 40.00 a month atthe pump... I absolutely adore the staff here, they are really amazing people. I am ONLY giving the store a 2 star review because of how... much they mark the groceries up. I just paid $5.29 for two sleeves of saltine crackers. I?ve had to run in for various items andevery single time they have it marked up 3 times what you would pay at a grocery store. This has been an issue since before allof the product shortages going on. Their fountain drinks and coffee are the most expensive I have encountered from Big Rapids toFremont. But the staff get 5 ?? for being such friendly, helpful people who keep their store clean and well organized. Theyreally are the best! Read more
When you say your open at 6a.m. you should be open at 6. Not 6:30. I feel like this store only caters to the tourists and care... less about locals. Read more
