A staple of Newberg life is this little 50's themed ice cream and burger joint. The interior is a bit dated but charming and the... theme is spot on. Food is generally pretty good and ice cream is unbeatable. Employs a lot of younger kids so service can be hitor miss, but for many it is there first job so we can forgive them. Read more

I can't believe I just found out about this place! Better late than never! It was great! I oreder a single cheese burger and... fries and a bubblegum ice cream waffle cone. The only thing I would improve is have the ice cream a little more firm. It wouldbe great for a milkshake though! The two young ladies that were behind the counter slayed a 20 plus crowd that came in rightafter me. They were very organized and efficient. It's a cute little old fashioned ice cream parlor and feels like it's been there forever. They were busy, but the service was... quick and friendly. I got a waffle cone with ice cream and Dave got a milkshake and we were both happy with our selections. Theyhave a good selection of sandwiches also, if you want a real meal. Read more

What a great treat this place was! In town after a cold, rainy, Sunday, college soccer game and was so glad they were open on a... Sunday afternoon. It had a cool old 50's dinner feel and the young staff was GREAT! It was well staffed for a Sunday and theyall seemed to enjoy working there. Food was good, only real disappointment was the canned chili on our chili cheese fries,otherwise thoroughly enjoyed the meal and would recommend others to try if you are passing through town looking for an oldfashioned burger, or cheese steak, or hot dog, etc. Read more
