Amazing hardworking employees and my drink was great. Thank you for holding it down on a busy day
I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location. Never have I felt so disrespected and under valued as a... regular Starbucks customer. I ordered a drip coffee, of which usually is served to me directly at the register after I pay. Thistime I was prompted to wait at the bar for my order. On this particular visit I waited over 10 mins and when I realized that Ineed to leave for work soon I asked the barista at the counter (of which I believe is a manager or shift lead) if they knew whenmy order was coming. Since it was a drip coffee I thought it would be fast. The barista responded very loudly "Nothing atStarbucks is fast. Everything takes at least 10 mins and you should have arrived earlier if you wanted to beat the traffic." Itwas completely uncalled for, and very unprofessional. A better response would have been "Let me check on that for you and I'lllet you know asap." or "I am so sorry for the wait, let me look into that for you." I expected more Newberg Starbucks. Always friendly and my order is always correct! Man, they push out alot of coffee everyday!
Worst Starbucks, would give 0 stars if I could! Messed up my order that?s fine the gentleman that took the order was apologetic... but then the lady making the food through a fit and instead of getting me the banana bread they forgot to type in she didn?t andkept making other orders. Making me wait even longer until I asked for it! I should not have had to ask! Waiting for my drinkpeople after me in line kept getting there?s which was fine but when I asked about my drink the employee was rude and notapologetic! I?m standing there as all these people go after me and leave before me, my drink is not that special! All aroundvery rude people working here! You messed up my order, not me!
