The beefy 5 layer burrito was warm, tender, supple, and submissive to my dripping mouth. Even if it wanted to say no, it... couldn?t. As I put that hot meat in my mouth I could feel the nacho cheese gushing into the back of my throat right before Iswallowed the whole load of cheese. They left out half of my order, and charged me for it. When I went back around to get my order corrected, instead of fixing the... issue they gave me 2 buy one get one free coupons.....what? The girl that handed them to me then turned away to talk with hermanager. After waiting there for a minute, she was still ignoring me. No matter how you look at this situation it makes no senseat all. Scenario #1: They ran out of tacos. Ok. Then why wouldn't you explain that to me, and why would you give me a BUY oneget one free coupon? Scenario #2: The employee was new and wasn't trained correctly. Ok. I was standing waiting for about 10 minutes, several employees looked over at me and didn't say anything. I finally said excuse... me can I get some help? They continued to ignore me. I said it again and finally an employee came over but she couldn'tunderstand english so she had to go get another employee who at least could understand what I was saying although I couldn'tunderstand him.
