Pizza is pretty good, but the chicken parm is just chicken patties with marinara & cheese on them, kinda tastes like a frozen... dinner entree, nothing special & doesn't come with pasta. Garlic knots are hit or miss whether they are moist or dry bread, goodflavor aside from that. Lasagna is good! Overall, pretty average for the price range. Also i should mention the store is extradusty which makes me a little uncomfortable about potential cleanliness. Read more
Oh, Villaggios! My mouth waters...! A casual family atmosphere where customer service is a top priority. A nice place to delight... at the flavors of good pizza! There is a great variety of items in the menu to choose from...my favorite the New York stylepizza! Wow! the flavor, superior. Paul visits the tables to stablish a friendly conversation and to make sure the customers aresatisfied. Come to visit this place but make sure...bring a good appetite! You will need it! I would usually give a 5 stars for this place as I?ve loved eating from here in the past, but today I feel something needs to be... voiced. The entire experience from phoning the order in and picking it up from this one girl working the counter wasunprofessional, unpleasant, and just uncomfortable. Over the phone she just seemed unprofessional and a little rude, but Ifigured maybe she?s busy and having a hard day and I tried to shrug it off, but it already left a bad taste about me evenwanting to go through with the order. When I got there, by the time I was picking it up, I was the only person at the counter,and she just seems really impersonal and rushing me. I asked if I could add the garlic rolls, and her entire attitude andpresentation was uncomfortable and rude. When she went to put the foil in the box to place the rolls on she used her hands thatshe?s been handing the register with and placed her hands flat all over the foil where the food was going to be placed. Out ofall my years of food handling and food training and just common since I knew this was a big no no and that it?s frankly justreally gross. I usually feel awkward to ever say anything but I didn?t feel comfortable with how she was handling the food so Itried politely pointing out how that was unsanitary and just to avoid any issue I just said I could go without the rolls.Instead of handling this professionally or with patience and understanding she got obviously mad, argued with me, and sortathrew a fit while she put on gloves and got a new sheet of foil and placed the rolls in, making me feel even worse about thesituation. Honestly with better communication, a better attitude, food safety training, and basic customer service skills, allof this could have gone a lot differently. I'm not a fancy, expensive restaurant kinda girl. I believe the $ should relate to the food & this pizza place, off the charts!...
