It's been a long day traveling and the sign on I26 said we could get Arby's. At the off ramp, we discovered it was 3 miles into... Newberry, and at first we almost turned back. I'm glad we didn't! The restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived, but we wereimmediately greeted with a friendly smile and welcome greeting. Our food was made fresh, hot and was prepared correctly. Bothladies in the front were very friendly and it made our day. It was well worth the 3 miles drive to get there from theinterstate. We'd do it again! Good job, Arby's! Read more

We were stopping on the way back from a long trip, husband was going through the drive thru and I went inside to go to the... restroom to save time. The one larger lady gave me a nasty look walking in when she was at the drive thru. She made a point tobe closer to the door when I walked out to thank me for not purchasing something and to have a blessed day. Well needless so saywe just drove to sonic right beside arbys because if she made the assumption it must be true. Maybe try not to treat people acertain way and you?d get more customers. But she seemed like she didn?t care if they get customers or not, just if they use therestrooms without appearing to purchase something. The store has been recently renovated but the staff is still lacking. I came in for a quick snack and the first employee to... greet me asked what I wanted and I told him I was still figuring it out and he proceeded to scoff off, I wasn't even at thecounter yet and wasn't ready to order. When I was ready to order and walked to the counter multiple employees just walked pastme. When one finally stopped I then realized I was there during their happy hour special and placed my whole order and realizedthe order was wrong, they charged me full price for every item. I mentioned that the price was wrong and was told I was supposedto tell them I wanted the happy hour price, seems like they should know I want the cheaper price. After they tried to fix it afew times a few items still were not the right price so I gave up. I then had to wait 10 minutes for them to make my order whenI was the only person in the store. Read more
