Been here twice and loved it both times. So many good things to try on the menu. It looks very plain on the outside and inside... is a diner atmosphere. Love that they serve breakfast all day. Sometimes you just feel like biscuits and gravy! My friendsordered the meat and 2 veggie lunch special which includes dessert. Everyone was happy with the home style cooking. A very large menu, I ordered just a small breakfast(great biscuits) around 11:30, but the lunch special list looked amazing. As... country as my folks would?ve loved. Livers, fried chicken, turkey dinner?etc. If I had space on the motorcycle I would?ve orderone of every lunch special of the day. Let me start by saying I was excited to eat here. That excitement ended very soon after entering the building. I was not... greeted, seated myself, and waiting over 20 minutes before someone aknowledged me. Only 3 tables in the restaurant includingmyself and the 2 men that came in right behind me. They were greeted and served immediately I am assuming they were local. Aftermy order was finally taken I waiting another 15 minutes for a burger and onion rings. Definitely NOT worth the wait. Best in the area. Staff is great and food is good southern cooking. Right off of I-26 exit 72. Great stop on a bike ride or on... a road trip. They have been there since the 70s. Enough said. Read more

This is just a cute local pops and mom's restaurant/ diner. It's as southern as they come with cozy spot. From everything I... ordered the waffle was dry as hell and our biscuits were burnt BUT we didn't go there with high expectations just a pit stop andmust say the omelets are one of the best ones I ate !
