Customer service here is phenomenal but product availability and enough employees to service the customers is not good. I... understand the employee situation is bad everywhere, but these employees barely make above minimum wage and are overworked.Maybe an increase in hourly wages would help get more employees. Businesses are having to do that to get more employees andthey're worth it. I visit these Dunkin location several times a week and I see how overworked they are and having to tellcustomers they're out of product. Read more
