Not very happy! Food was Okay, Sodas too sweet, now we asked the hostess how much it were for the small kids never got an exact... answer they sat us down. We were a party of 17 and they charge us for the kids as an adult price even my 1 yr old toddler.Waiter was very unprofessional in asking us for more tip when SERVICE CHARGE was already included in the bill!! And as from whati have seen in other reviews this is not the first time they do that asking for more tip. I asked waiter to show me the bill andhe refused to show me until we paid. we Spoke to the manager lets see what gets to be done!! ¡Never going back again! Read more
I have gone here for years. The food is good, layout is nice and always friendly staff. You can pig out or even eat clean with... tue sushi bar and many dishes to choose from. It is clean and wheel chair friendly too. Read more
Definitely a bunch of pros and cons to this place. TONS of food choices here, however it's hit or miss with how good the food... is. Ironically, I think the sushi is easily the best tasting food here, where normally I never say that for a buffet. More wasconstantly being added as well, being freshly made. The crawfish was also pretty tasty and not soft like it's been at everyother buffet I've been to. Sadly no coconut shrimp, just coconut chicken which was just alright. That's how I felt about atleast half of the food I ate here. The stuffed shrimp and the teriyaki octopus was the same as well. However, because the sushiwas so amazing (for a buffet) and the price is the cheapest in the area now, I have to still give this place a good rating. Came for a late dinner 45 mins before close. I frequent here. The employees kept staring at me. I know they were ready to wrap... up and leave. But if you don?t want late diners then do take only after a certain hour. In addition before letting all theguest out they mop the floors and the main entrance way. It was very wet. I even spoke to the manager and he argued with me. Itold him it would be best to wait to mop the main walk way until the guest leave. The floor is very slippery. He advise that Icould just use walk slow. I told him I have had my leg fixed. The sliding on the floor may cause me to fall. He said then youcan go to hospital and come back to us with the bill!!! I even went as far as to explain mopping should be the last task. Youhave other work to do such as breaking down the line etc. I never been to such an unprofessional establishment. I wouldn?tadvise anyone to patronize this buffet. I hope that no one has to slip and fall before someone uses common sense to wait to moplinoleum floors. Egotistical management can be very detrimental to a business. One incident can make you lose your entirebusiness. Prevention is better than cure. I wonder what OSHA or is it the orange county board of health we have to say aboutthis establishment? Read more
