Today we ordered pizza from Domino's it was a good experience. We hadn't ordered in a long time because they had priced... themselves out of our budget. We are seniors and live on a fixed income I happened to see the 50% off sale on all pizza's on themenu. I was able to order online good experience. The young man was nice when picking up our order. Our pizza was very nice andprepared as ordered the Cinnamon knots and apple dip were a delight. Overall I think Domino's has improved since we lastordered. I will be watching for more sales it's the only way we can purchase thank you Domino's. Read more
One of the worst locations. AWFUL. Unprofessional, unreliable beyond description. They are so bad they don't deserve to be in... business. VERY unprofessional, you don't treat people that way. Go elsewhere if you're shopping for a good experience. Is he themanager? he should be reported. They've treated me really bad and I was very nice to them. They will literally tell you to callsomebody else and will cancel your order. When you ask for a manager the man who sounds like he is a foreigner will sidestepyour questions, evade accountability, and its simply WRONG as in unethical. They've got it wrong; we have "problems" with THEM.I have never dealt with a worse location with this franchise, its more satisfying to starve than be subjected to them. If you'vebeen hurt by the phone staff the same way you're not alone, this is just a cold, uncaring location in Newbury Park. And if youget sick? no one will help either. They do not communicate. Once when a paid for item was left out of our delivery we had tocall them several times to get any clarity or assurance. He (who am I speaking with? lol) has a softer voice with an accent. Ifyou are kind to delivery drivers and phone staff AND are a good tipper, patronize a better "restaurant." They also don't followdelivery instructions which can be a real problem. They've also raise their prices and their food quality is very inconsistent,once there was a receipt thrown in on top of the pizza. It's just not worth it and it can be said that they discriminate. By far the worst dmonis I've ever visited. If you like the Domino's coupons, look for a different location as they don't take... any. Employees are nice owner is obviously cheap. They claim to offer delivery, I've yet to have the option when ordering fromthem ever be available. Your better off building your own Domino's and making your own pizza then using this location.
