I have eaten here a half dozen times and on one occasion it was the best sandwich I have ever had! 4 Stars for food... quality The biggest negative about this specific Jersey Mike's is that they will allow the phone to ring off the hook. On thisspecific day, between 6:30PM and 7:15PM - I called them 26 times, and the phone range 15 times before going to an empty voicemail. Zero Stars for Service. Instead of hiring someone to handle peak hours or a phone center to handle all calls and routethem to the proper Mike's location - the staff does not answer the phone and sends me the message that they do not care. In mybook, this is abysmal service and I will never order or eat at this (and maybe any other) Jersey Mike sub shops. Read more

This is the best Jersey Mike's in all of Ventura County, for sure. Even when they are busy, the staff is super friendly and they... are always working very hard. I usually come to pick up for delivery and the order is ready most of the time. Food is alwaysfresh and the prices are good. Forget the Jersey Mike's on Janss Rd.
