This beautiful little spot in Newburyport should be on your list. Its just outside of all the bussel of the shops and other... restaurants. You have an option to sit on the deck or inside. The inside has a great ambience and our first impressions weregood. We tried two apps, calamari and Thai Chilli wings. I can't say enough, both were delicious. We decided to try sushiafter, a little expensive, but tasted great. We'll be back again. Read more
I came here for dinner on Friday night, and it was a great time. Perfect night to eat outside. I got the fish tacos and a... coconut margarita. The fish was fried haddock, cooked to perfection, with a tasty corn salsa and spicy mayo inside and beans onthe side. The margarita was delicious, and the my waitress was very attentive and helpful. I really liked this restaurant, located right in the beautiful center of Newburyport. It was bigger inside than I expected, has... the second floor, it also offers open air sittings on the street level and on the second floor patio, all very spacious andcomfortable. The food was just great! Everything we tried was very delicious! ???? We tried brushetta, lamb lollipops, sushi,salmon with rice, short ribs, tacos, chicken with pasta. Children menu was great, too - burger with french fries was reallygood! Special thank you to our amazing waitress Olivia!! She provided absolutely BEST service possible and made our eveningeven more special. Super professional and super nice, she served our group of 12 people effortlessly, while taking care of othertables and guests! The restaurant is really lucky to have her! There is tons of parking in the center - a couple of largeparking lots and in the garage across the street. Parking is $1 per hour. I would absolutely be back! Highly recommended!???????????????? Honestly very disappointing experience. At first glance it's great, the looks of the restaurant is very classy and modern whole... the restaurant is very clean, the restrooms are impeccable. But the rest, not impressed. The menu looks very good and the pricesare okay but it's pretty clear that this restaurant is trying to feel fancy but it doesn't execute this well at all. The ladieswho welcomed us were nice but the rest of the staff was just dreadful. And i mean dreadful. Not a single smile from any waiterwe saw during lunch (not only our waiter but every single one in the restaurant) now one person not smiling I can understand,everyone can have a bad day but for all the staff to look like they don't want to be here something has to be wrong withmanagement or something. Then the food came (a bit slowly) and at first we had some nigiris and rolls they were really good,these I'd recommend. But the rest was just mid. Not bad but not what you think you would get. I ordered the beef short rib andit was everything but appetizing, the potatoes we're okay but with the look and the basic taste I just didn't eat them, thevegetables were better but same not anything outstanding. The meat was very good though, melted in the mouth and everything.Overall very basic food (except the rolls), bad service, felt disappointing and would not return even if i could. Read more
