Completely UNEXPECTED! My burger was served HOT and perfectly medium and JUICY! The green beans with bacon were also served HOT?... not tepid, not lukewarm on top only? hot. The salmon and rice platter was piping hot and delicious- not dry at all. I wasprepared for a typical small town cafe experience- what I got was anything but that.
