We have been long time customers of this establishment. Today?s experience, will yield no further business from us, our... business, & our family. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich, only to be told after wrapping it to go, that I, the customer, mustnotify them whether I want it hot. Typically, the customer is asked of their preference prior to making it. Instead of remakingthe sandwich, the associate placed the sandwich in the panini press, wrapped with the paper, & ?warmed it up?. Although I wantedto just simply walk out, I paid my bill,& left the store. Upon arriving home, the sandwiches were absolutely awful. Sad to seehow downhill this place has gone. Read more
