My wife and son went with me to lunch, we went inside as the drive-thru line was out of control, we were the first ones in line,... but it took quite a while to get my order and food. This was due to short staffing, which seems to be an ongoing problem withall fast food restaurants at this time. Seems like they don't want you to eat inside of the restaurant, as there are nocondiments straws Lids anything in the waiting area. But all in all the food was good, hot, and we had an enjoyable time. Youstill could get more drinks, cuz the Coke machine was still available, just no cups or Lids in that area. Read more
I?ve given this location a lot of chances because I like the food but I won?t be back. 3 cars ahead of me and I was in the drive... thru line for over 30 mins. Ordered 6 benigets, they told me they only had 3 left and changed it to an order of 3. Ended up with0 benigets with my order (still charged for 3). No sauces that I asked for with my meals. I have given this Popeyes numerous chances to improve and get better. Today is the last time I will be eating at this... Popeyes. Worst service at any fast food restaurant I?ve ever experienced. That?s the one thing they are very consistent on. Idon?t understand how just about every employee I?ve come in contact with at this location they have to be rude? You canliterally be the nicest person to them and they still have to have attitudes. Food is subpar. Not really ever fresh either.Today, the food was actually good! But service terrible as always. I'm fairly certain they don't know the difference between Breasts and Thighs at this location. Half the family meal shouldn't... consist of Breasts. Even when I ask for Thighs to be substituted for the Breasts I get a box full of Breasts. This last visit,they insisted the pieces have to be divided evenly. They were not. 7 Breasts 3 Thighs, 3 Drums, 2 Wings. Read more
