1st time visiting and sad to say very dissatisfied. Bbq meat was so dried out even with their sauce wouldn't stick to... it. Thought since in business for so long at least the bbq was going to be good???....The Brunswick stew was good but it was sopureed like baby food. Prices of food so high today you'd think it would've been much better. Bad choice on our end but live andlearn. We won't be eating Bbq anytime soon from anywhere after this experience.???? Read more
First visit. I ordered a bbq pork sandwich with strawberry cobbler for dessert. My wife ordered a bbq pork sandwich with slaw... and a fried peach pie for her dessert. Food arrived quickly and piping hot. Very good flavor. Cobbler was excellent. The pricesare reasonable as well. This location is highly recommended. Give it a try! Read more
Nice Family place. Thought BBQ sauce was a bit too liquid.
Thought I would give them a shot again, and again? very disappointed. Just paid 25 dollars for the most pathetic ribs. Small,... scrawny and over cooked and completely dry and tough. Worse ribs in the county. Not to mention they use that ridiculous vinegarsauce. It?s worth the drive to go to Jim and Nicks. We shared a combo platter with ribs and Brunswick stew. The ribs were tender and just wonderful. Now while I'm not a fan of the... stew my other half liked it. The slaw was my ultimate favorite and the potato salad and BBQ beans were yummy. The fried pecanpie with ice cream was awesome too....all in all great place.
