Always great ice cream delivered with friendly service. The kids had shakes and I had a sundae, and we all enjoyed it very much!... The service was fast and the staff were all nice, sharing jokes with the kids. This is a great location with reliable service,easily my favourite in the Cincinnati area. Horrible service. Waited 20+ minutes in line and couldn?t order through the sign?s intercom so we waited to order at the... window. Some kid calling herself a manager said we?d have to pull around and wait an additional 20 minutes in line becausestore policy requires orders to be taken through the intercom. 4 young kids in our car already already tired from waiting andthe rude worker (McKenzie) wouldn?t even hear us out. I kept trying to explain that we only wanted a single pint that needed nowork, and would only take her 10 seconds to grab. But she just kept an ?I couldn?t care less about you? smile on her face andkept saying she wouldn?t take our order. She actually seems happy to be turning us down. I?ll never come here again and I hopeothers don?t stand for this poor service. Kroger is right down the street. Soft serve available at DQ and the DairyBar. Looking at other reviews it?s clear that the location has issues with it?s staff treating people poorly. Okay ice cream but Liam is the star attraction. His dedication to the scoop industry is second only to his knowledge of the... buisness. I was blown back by his exquisite culinary decisions in "The Liam Special". Some say be is the Einstein of ice creambut I say he is the Ghandi.
