This is my first experience at this particular Jersey Mikes faculty, but it was not a good one. We ordered ahead of time. When... we arrived the food wasn?t made, which was okay, but the store started filling orders of people who walked in after me beforethey filled my pick up order. I waited 20 mins for my sandwich. When I got home, the chips were not correct and neither sandwichhad the right ingredients. Very disappointed. Read more
Great subs and good service. The app is great for ordering carry-out, but the rewards program is just okay. It takes a long time... to earn anything. Seems like they're often out of salt & vinegar chips. I ordered on the app recently, and they were out of thechips, so instead of substituting another type or taking them off the ticket, they just put no chips. I?ve ordered online twice now, and both times my food has been wrong, I spent about 70.00 on four subs each time. Both orders... were wrong, no names on the subs, the second time I wrote in the comment section please mark with a name, no name. None of thetoppings were right except for the mayo and mustard.
