Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich. Tasted pretty good and was filling. The chicken texture was similar to a breaded chicken cutlet and... the hot sauce they used tasted similar to tobasco. We stumbled upon this place while exploring Newport and loved everything about it. We started with the clam chowder and smoked... chicken wings! Our kids enjoyed their kids meals and they loved that the crayons were Crayola! My wife and I had sandwicheswithout the bread and a side salad because we are watching carbs. It’s alright. The staff were lovely and the service was quick. We ordered a lobster roll and a bbq meat platter - both were... $36. The wings were too dry and over-fried to the point where you couldn’t eat them. I’d suggest you avoid those. Thelobster roll, albeit being higher in price than the places around it, was really nice.
