We loved all of our experiences at The Dining Room. From the amazing and attentive staff to the delicious cuisine served there,... 5 stars does not do them justice! If you get the chance, try the Behind the Oyster experience. What a treat! Read more
(I sent this email to the establishment in June and have not received a response, so they apparently don’t have a standard of... service. ) I had a brunch experience there in May and while it is a very beautiful property, there were a number of egregiousincidents that have insured that neither I, nor my guests will return or recommend anyone else tries to eat there. First ofall, wine was split on my friends white dress, twice, and coffee was splashed on both her and I. There was no attempt to remedyor acknowledge this. I go out often and have never been assaulted by beverages in such a manner. In addition, my salad had awhole lettuce butt on the plate. When I pay a certain price point, I except attention to detail, and for a $30 salad to come outwith the trash included is quite disappointing. Also, some of the entrees were actually cold by the time we received them. Iunderstand that large parties take coordination and timing and I except that to be handled by your staff. All in all theblatant disregard for standards of service, offered us a disappointing experience and I felt you should know. Please do betterthan you are doing. Read more
I think this was a nice place to eat if you’re dressed up and wanting to feel special. The finding room reminds us of a Ralph... Lauren lounge. We had two children in our party and did not feel in the way or out of place. The French fries are delicious.Like crazy delicious and almost out shined our main dish. I love the dark walls and cozy, relaxed, yet stately feel of the restaurant. The back-lit bar is the focal point of the room... and sets a lively tone. We sat at the opposite wall where there is a long bench with dark velvet seating,which is a bit higherthan the chairs opposite of the table. So it felt a little funny, but not a deal breaker. The chicken entree was very dry andthey offered to comp desserts or more drinks, which was really nice. All of our other choices were excellent! We would go backagain. Read more
