Honestly I’m shocked my the positive reviews. To start positive, the location here is great. It’s right on the harbor. The... space is large so the tables aren’t tight. The drink menu is so-so. Same for the wine by the glass list. The menu is boringand the food is bad. There are basically no vegan options and the veg options are also bad. I had a marinara that I think wasmaybe the same as the soup. To the owners — come on you guys, this is newport. Please do better. We’d be glad to pay forfood that was actually good or a menu that was slightly interesting. Step up your game and we’ll visit again, maybe evenregularly. Read more
We had the most amazing evening - food was really terrific but our server, Edward exceeded all experiences we have had locally.... . maybe anywhere. We were not rushed from one course to the next. Edward to helpful with the menu. He opened a 1995 vintagewine with great skill. Edward (and the great food) will cause us to return ASAP - seldom do you find someone as professionaland engaging on a busy Saturday night at a popular restaurant. Read more

First off the service was terrible absolutely terrible. I guess our table didn't order enough for the waiter to care to come... and check on us. He forgot to bring us many items that we requested. The food, don't be fooled by the pics, well the food isleft to be desired. Chicken parm tasted old it was cold. Lasagna was cold in the middle, leads me to believe that it ismicrowaved. The spaghetti bolognese was okay but again cold... the Caesar salad was standard pretty good... when visitingNewport Beach there are way better Italian food places to go to , in particular Mama D's kills it over this place... if you wantoverpriced microwaved Italian food this place is for you otherwise skip it.... ???????????????? Family gathering recently was held here. The staff did a tremendous job taking care of all of us and the food was right up there... as well. Chilly evening but the heaters made the room comfortable-not just baking the immediate guests under the units. Just anall around amazing experience. Glad my cousin booked this venue. Read more
