What happened to Nordstrom experience? Went by to grab one of my favorite coffee‘s, customer service was terrible walked in... and didn’t get greeted. I ordered an almond croissant and I asked the girl to get me a fresh one from the back because I didnot want mine to be the display. Nor did I want it to be stale and I think that might’ve rubbed the cashier the wrong way, Imean I don’t know why. So she still gave me the display one. She was very dismissive of me. Rude. Anyway she burned it andstill try to give it to me. After I took it out to look at it and the other barista that was there he was a nice guy was like“oh wow” and changed it for me. The New croissant was decent still hard and stale but I appreciate the effort. He apologizedbut the other girl did not. She just laughed in the background with her colleague. Shame. Read more

Asked the hostess to start a salad for me while I ran to the restroom real quick. She was unwilling to do it so I left.
