Loved that you order yourself from a touchscreen then they bring it out fairly quick. These are the freshest most moist... cupcakes I?ve ever had. The frosting was amazing. Didn?t taste like typical sugary frosting that some other cupcake shops have. The frosting had amazing flavor and texture to match the cupcake itself. I flew to Ca as I had business in La and Newport Beach from Boca Raton Fl. I was looking to get some cupcakes for 3 of my... client meetings. I found your site online and called in to order 3 Dozen cupcakes. After being floored by the $200 ($66 perdozen). I proceeded to order and went to the store for Pickup. I was greeted by a nice young lady but when I looked I the bagI saw 2 dozen of the cupcakes in a Red Box labeled Sprinkles and then the other bag had a generic brown Amazon box. I asked theyoung lady why and she said they ran out of boxes! I said with all due respect For what you charge I expect a nice box it?s fora client. She asked me To wait an got the manager. Long story short the manager came out and said well if you want a box wecharge for them! I said what! She said they should have told you on the phone when you ordered. I said that?s Ridiculous andI?m not paying for a box as the other 2 are in boxes. First your employee told me you ran out and now your telling me I have topay. I had to drive My point home but finally she gave me a Blk box and I left. I have to say I live in Boca Raton which is avery upscale town and we have many places with cookies , cakes, cupcakes and pastries and I have never paid $200 for 3 dozen!Good for you that your able to charge that. I needed a cake for a gender reveal. Being this a cupcake and cake business I expected I could order a vanilla cake with... strawberry or any other pink frosting inside the cake. I was told that It?s either a strawberry cake or vanilla cake. Theycannot accommodate my request. I?ll have to buy from Lucy?s cake instead. 1 star for that and 5 stars for their cupcakes which Ilove. Read more

The sweetest experience today...apparently they don't except cash, not a big deal if I didn't leave all my stuff at my house. So... an amazing gentleman offered to pay with his card and I'll just give him cash. As he paid for it and I'm handing him the cashthe sweet cashier (sorry she told me her name and I forgot) said that since the gentleman paid for my cupcakes for me his wasfree! That really made me love Sprinkles even more (didn't think that would be possible) for them paying it forward for the actof kindness from this gentleman. Thank you SPRINKLES and kind sir! Read more
