Stopped at this location for lunch on a Wednesday to try the new Phillysteak sandwich. The meal was ok. Not great but not... bad. However, this location STILL hasn?t opened its dining room so drive-thru it was. The employees here can?t handle more thanone car at a time. Lucky for me, there was only one car in front of me. They took the car?s order in front of me then as Ipulled up, I was asked to hold on, while they prepared and gave the other car their order. They took my order then prepared myorder and gave to me. As I was handed my bag, the employee began taking the next car?s order. I ate my lunch in my vehicle andnoticed the line of cars growing. Each car took about 10 minutes to get through. I don?t go to Arbys very often but every time Ido, it?s like this (this is the only one near me). Since their service is so bad, I only go when there is a new product out thatpeaks my interest. So, my daughter and I went to this Arby?s this past Sunday night 9/11/22. We waited quite a bit for someone to acknowledge we... were at the order speaker. When we were finally acknowledged we were informed they were out of fries, turkey, mozzarella cheesesticks, shakes and who knows what else. I wanted to try the new cheese steak sandwich I was told they were out of white rolls.At this point why even be opened. I asked the person telling me all this how does this happen. How can you have a fast foodrestaurant but have no supplies ? He said it happens. I mentioned that management is responsible and immediately he responded bytelling me he was management. He said to me to have a good evening and I said I wasn?t done ordering. I ordered two steaksandwiches and then was informed they were out of rolls. Very poor management skills. Went to Arby's september 1 and the cashier added some things to my order. So I bought somebody some cheese sauce and a chocolate... shake. I don't know who. I hope they enjoyed it. More likely they just pocketed some cash. I didn't notice until later. Dobetter Arby's. Check your receipts when you go. One of the ways you can know a place doesn't care about their customers isthat they use a bot to respond to the reviews. Arby's gets about 1 review a week. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. This place is just nasty. The fries and chicken nuggets tasted freezer burnt, bad!... The cheese and roast beef tasted dry and smelled like cat pee.
