I drive a good bit out of my way to come to this Chipotle vs going to city center/town center because they have always... consistently made my burrito properly and with enough rice and chicken. I'm big on when I say double, I want two giant scoopsconsidering how basic my order is. For the most part that's always happened here so no complaints thus far. I don't know what it is with the Chipotles in this area. Every single one always has something wrong. Either the service is... terrible, the wait is ridiculous, they skimp on portions, or they are out of something. Supply chain I get. Everyone is having ahard time. But when I put in an order online 45mins in advance and then have to wait another 20mins when I get there for myorder, that is unacceptable. If you tell me the time the order will be ready, it better be darn well be ready within +/-5 or10mins of the time you tell me. Especially if it is placed 30 mins or more in advance. What angered me enough to write a reviewthis time was that, out of nowhere, they only accepted online orders today the one time I tried to order in person. If it wasn'tfor you being so close to my work, I would go literally anywhere else. The only reason that I gave 2 stars is because at leastthe food hasn't slid in quality. YET. Read more

I?m done going here. I used to never understand why the reviews were so bad but now I?m finally seeing it. Orders are always... behind/late. Staff won?t even look you in the eye. I walked directly up to the counter to place an order and not a singleemployee said a word to me. All just looked down. After waiting for about 5 minutes I just walked out.
