I thought I?d try again after my last 35 minute visit to cookouts drive through several months ago. However, this visit was also... disappointing, so I decided to write a review. The order taker did not get my order correct even after repeating it to me. My?big double? was simply one patty cut in half and centered on the bun. No cheese as requested. The ?Cajun? fries were regularfries with two teaspoons of seasoning plopped in the middle as if I was to dip my fry?s in it maybe? Anyway, the food was poorquality, and the service was meh at best. I?m not sure what it is with this place and chicken quesadillas but they don?t know how to make them. I ordered the two chicken... quesadilla tray with two more chicken quesadillas for sides. Got home and the first one was fine (kind of skimpy on thechicken). Then I bit into the second one, no chicken in bite. Opened it up and no chicken at all. Opened the other two and nochicken. My receipt even says chicken. Not going to eat plain cheese quesadillas when I paid for chicken. Last time I came hereall the quesadillas had chicken but very little. Terrible all around. Ordered a double patty burger and I received a single burnt patty. The fries were cold and excessively... greasy. The coke float wasn't even halfway full. The corn dog was okay, but it's tuff messing that up. Refer to the attachedimages as proof. A formal complaint has been submitted to corporate. Read more

It actually would have been a great outing but all the tables were dirty as well as the seating. There were employees standing... around that should have been making sure the dining area was wiped down. Everyone is not grabbing food to go. It would have beennice to sit down at a table and enjoy my meal instead of sitting in the car. I am not in the habit of telling people to do theirjobs but I will express my disappointment with the public. The food was great as usual but more needs to done to keep the diningarea clean to accommodate diners. Read more
