Their willingness to listen and cater... to the needs of an actual customer to ensure the proper delivery of a gift was a horrible experience. Awful experience. Paid for delivery to a business and order was in transit for hours. Then I called to ask for delivery times... and the lady on the phone said she didn?t know when or where the order was?ended up being dropped off after the business hadclosed. worst order ever I spent 77.00 on this order for my niece.I live in Miami and she in Va.
