It took 20 minutes to get my small order of a large redheads and rice with 2 biscuits. Another lady who go there before me had... been waiting over 30 minutes but also had to come back because they botched her order. There was one older lady employee whowas very nice, and so was the new girl on the register. Employee attitudes were good, just super slow service. Read more
Couldn't even order dinner, they were taking way too long with everything in the delivery window. I suspect they are probably... short staffed and their parking lot is a disaster. Most likely I will give them a second chance somewhere down the line but Ireally like the dirty rice from Bojangles much better. Read more
Poor customer service and understaffed. Waited a long time in the drive thru line...cars were not moving. Decided to drive... around and go inside. The wait time was even longer, only one person at the register. One other employee was slamming thingsaround on the food line, apparently angry and rude to a customer. It Took me 8 full minutes to communicate a 2 sentence order in the drive thru. They told me to pull up front and wait. 25... minutes later I went in and asked where my $7 order was and they had to put it back in the system. Here i am. 45 minutes waitingon a fry and biscuit.... Went there 11/17 @ noon and apparently just the manager working. She had the drive thru closed down because she could only... handle the people that came in by herself. She told me that everyone that was supposed to work did not come in. Kudos toher! What I noticed though is that there was all all this chicken already cooked, ready to go, under the heat lamps.
