This company stole from me! I did not agree to leave a tip and declined so when paying. I was charged an additional 3.00 from my... receipt total. These employees will steal from you! Do not go here. This is crazy. I have never had this happen before, but theentitled kids that work here think they can get away with it. I did not see until I received my credit card statement. I alwayskeep track of money. This is not a tax issue, they stole from me. I disputed the charge with credit card company and will get itback you theives! Read more

Employee was rude. But more importantly, I saw a customer walk in, put his hands in a bag that he didn't know was his because... his name wasn't on the order. When I saw this I asked for a refund because my food wasn't labeled with my name and I wasn'tsure if another customer had put his hands in the bag and was refused a refund even though I never touched the bag.Disgusting!!! Unhealthy and unhygienic. Please seal the bag if the customer is not there when you call them or don't leave itout for other customers to dig through it!!! This is a no no in a COVID world. Also, teach your employees a little tact. Thiswasn't that big an issue because one employee did actually try to deescalate the situation, but one employee was down right rudeand loud which is unbecoming of your brand. Read more
My daughter just bought me a smoothie from the Christopher Newport location.. it's pure water... Literally sloshing in the cup.... Never had a smoothie this bad or watered down. That's a lot of money for a watered down drink. Really disappointed! Read more
