We had no wait time at all to get seated but we did go early just before 5pm. Very disappointing to see they did away with the... build your own appetizers combo. Anyway, I ordered the broccoli chicken Alfredo and my mom ordered the bourbon street shrimpand chicken. Needless to say, neither one of our meals were outstanding. The pasta in my Alfredo wasn't even cooked and it wasjust a gummy, yucky glob in my mouth. After asking the manager to remove my meal that I didn't eat from the ticket, heproceeded to give me ordering advice. He also told me their corporate office wanted that dish served al dente but this was farfrom even ALdente. Read more
I called to confirm my interview and the GM did confirm it. When I came in the GM (Megan) rudely came up and said "Sorry, we... aren't hiring" then turned around and walked way. I had my friend call later and was confirmed that they were hiring. I calledthe HR (Kelly) and she did nothing about it. Basically told me she didnt care and that she believed the GM over me. Good jobApplebee's, you will be losing a lot of customers that come in almost weekly and I will keep posting this to ruin your reviews.And will continue to report you. Food was good, service was not. We got there and waited for about 5 minutes with employees just staring at us instead of coming... to seat us. We then go out to the car to discuss where else to go but nothing else sounds good so we go back in. We wait ANOTHER5 minutes with employees just looking at us instead of seating us. So we seat ourselves. We wait for a good 10 minutes beforesomeone comes to take our order, with an attitude. After awhile, we look around for our waitress to get our bill. There were NOemployees out on the floor. There were 10 customers there. 2 tables looking around and waving their glasses. We FINALLY get ourticket and they charged us $6 for an advertised $3 drink. Walked in at 1040pm. They close at 1100pm. Hostess says they made last call. No problem. We asked if they are still serving... food. Hostess says yes. For 15 more minutes she says. Great. We will sit in the bar if that is OK. Walk into bar. Bartender says, "Are you here to pick up a to go order?". Me, "no". Bartender sighs, and dramatically rolls eyes.
