I thought this place was pretty good with customer service up until I had to call 3 times just to put my order in. First time... was put on hold for 5 minutes and they never returned to the phone. 2nd time they hung up, 3rd time they got snappy and shortwith me. I would have placed it on the app but they don't have an option for half and half. Please hire more people, pleaseimprove your customer service for busy hours and plan ahead otherwise you will continue to lose business. Had to wait 15 min after arriving at time on app. The person running cash regeter was closing out orders which makes the... computer system think the pizzas are getting done faster than they really are. This causes on line app to think more pizzas canbe done in a shorter time. Need to remember computers only now what we put in. Bad information in, bad information out. Read more
