The food was decent but the service lacked. It appears that the carryout business may be the strong point for this Newton... location. We ate inside and were the only customers dining in from 5:30-6:30 on a Thursday evening. We were seated quickly andreceived our drinks in a decently reasonable time. For some reason, our pizza was brought out before breadsticks which seemed alittle odd but was not really a problem. The problem was that we never again had a server come check on us...I had to go to thecounter several times for drink refills and to request a box for leftovers. I also didn't receive the bill until I went up tothe cash register. I did observe a server leaning against the counter with her own drink while some of our cups sat empty sodefinitely not a case of being overworked! Would return for the food but... to avoid the feeling of not being a valued customer,might just use the drive-thru. The dining room was clean and comfortable. Read more
Hadn't ordered for a while because of inconsistent deliveries in the past. So I won't be ordering again. Pizza and brownies over... cooked , again. Pizza hut used to be the best in town. You'd be better off at Papa John's. Done with PH Newton Read more
