EDIT: Well I did it, I went back and ordered delivery again tonight. Ordered through GrubHub at 5pm ... it didn't get delivered... until 7:25pm AND HALF THE ORDER WAS WRONG. SERIOUSLY? I give up, just order from anywhere else, at least you'll get your food ina reasonable time. While their food may be good, their delivery times are ridiculous. On top of that, even agreeing to waitextra time to allow for their long delivery windows, I was told that my house, that is 6 minutes from the restaurant is too faraway and they are too busy to deliver here. I am absolutely done with this place. I've no idea how they have remained inbusiness this long. Read more
Great food and the bread is baked fresh. Really love to go here, but it is painfully slow. Problem is I need to add 20 minutes... to whatever time estimate they give and then still need to wait forever. The food is great, just please either give realistictimes or speed up the service. Read more

Charged for my order twice due to a "Visa Card vendor error" a.k.a. the owner/Karen could care less. A few weeks later, after... the error was corrected they charged me $96.00 for a sub and salad. Karen said it was "a tip error" and because of "technology".I asked for a full refund for the inconvenience. No was the answer.
