I'm giving 5 starts 'cause I can't leave 4 1/2. Here's the deal. The BBQ was good. Ribs were perfectly smoky and fall off... the bone. The pulled pork had a lightly smoked flavor. Would have preferred to have it more pulled, but hardly worthmentioning. I ate the brisket with a fork, no knife necessary, as it should be. At first I thought that $3.99 for a side ofcornbread was a lot, but when it arrive, we got a 5" x 5" slab covered in melted butter and honey. Awesome. The slaw wasdecent, I would have preferred a thicker dressing, but it was tasty. TWO COMMENTS - 1) IMHO, good BBQ should speak for itselfwithout sauce. They normally sauce the meat before service, which I really don't like. Don't sauce the meat. Let US do it,and give us a few sauces to choose from. 2) I wanted to see collard greens as a side, but there were no form of greens atall. Not a HUGE deal...who knows, maybe they tried and they didn't sell, but I'd like to see SOME form of greens on themenu. Other than those 2 comments, the food was really good, and I recommend it!
