Staff is extremely pleasant, a wonderful experience! The food. Like no other!
The staff are true foodies and take as much pride in their products and service as any specialty shop in any Little Italy (and... even Old Italy). Tasty treats for every one (from omnivore to herbivore) and old faces as well as unique items to temp anyepicurean pallette. Great selection of cheeses, fresh and cured meats, and a good selection of fresh breads. Whoever the short, old man with the white hair is needs to learn a lesson in respect and professionalism. Been in several times... in the past month, almost every time this old man was publicly screaming and barking at multiple different employees and causinga scene over what seemed like nothing. He even screamed at the girls on the register who didn?t look much older than 14 or 15! Ifeel very sorry for whoever has to work in such a toxic environment. I won?t be returning. Read more
