Service was slow even though it wasn't that busy. Tried to order ahead by phone but was told they weren't doing phone orders... because due to high volume. There were maybe a half-dozen tables already occupied and I was fifth in line to order when I walkedup. Looked to be plenty of staff; not sure what the issue was. Nice burger / sandwich shop in the Seneca Casino. Custom order your sandwich or burger or order something from the menu! One of... us got a custom grilled chicken sandwich with sautéed mushrooms, I got an Italian sub- both where good! Fries were nice and hotand service was great! Food arrived quickly!
