Went for takeout wings. Had trouble understanding how to order because of the confusing way the menu is written. Why is Buffalo... style "lightly sauced?" How do you just order regular wings so that everybody knows what I'm talking about? Please fix the wingsection on your menu so I don't get lightly sauced by accident, or BBQ added to my honey garlic. This sports bar/restaurant is located in the Stanley plaza. I've always taken my family here, the food is good and they have... specials every day. They have tables, booths and bar seats. Clancy was my go to place, loved the food. That's changed over the past few months!! Yesterday I ordered for take out a... quesidilla and fries. The fries weren't cooked at all. Tasted like under cooked oven fries, and not only was the quesidilladripping with grease(?) It was badly burnt on one side making it inedible. I paid $20 for a terrible meal...a regular occurrencenow. It is literally impossible to not know you burned a meal. This is lack of caring, another regular occurrence.
