First time at this location and went through drive thru. Only 2 cars ahead of me and it took so long I thought it was closed,... waited 5 minutes and finally car moved ahead. As I watched and listened it took another 5 minutes for food to be passed to carat window and this whole time the car in front of me waited to give their order at the speaker. So then I thought maybe they hada staff shortage and only one person showed up for work. Another 5 minutes went buy and when the car ahead received their foodand left they asked for my order at the speaker. They took it and told me the price so I went to window after 15 minutes waitfor 3 cars. OMG, there was 4 employees standing around leaning against the front counter chatting. I don't know there was moreout of view. I waited a few minutes patiently then someone opened the window and told me that there is a 20 minute wait for whatI ordered so I can wait or he said that I should order something else. Thus is my go to KFC for Niagara Falls as they are usually really fast in delivery. Sometimes there has been a mix up in order... but they have always corrected it, albeit sometimes with a long wait time. KFC overall is getting pricier. Read more
Twister wraps I got had pretty much no lettuce on them and the pitas were stale. The poutine I got was just a pile of mush. On... top of the bad food, the service was horrible. Will never go back to this location. Read more
This is the best KFC in the falls, the staff here are very nice and they always get my order right. They almost always have... coupons and deals. If you do the survey on your receipt you will get a free popcorn chicken or cheese cake on your nextpurchase. The prices for food are reasonable and the quality is good.
