Took family last night, staff and helper were very helpful and pleasant, although the place wasn’t full there was a delay in... getting food in reasonable time, the waiter did his best but he was running all time from table to table. As for food appetiserwas good order crab ???? cake and fried Brie. My son ordered mussels and there were really good. As main dish both my wife andyoung son had Stuffed and Blackened chicken, there were good but meat portion was too small compared to price you pay butoverall was very testy. My oldest son had ???? and was good. I ordered snapper and wasn’t good , it was dry and over cookedand it’s seems to me weren’t fresh either and most likely was frozen, however I enjoyed mash potatoes and fresh veggies. We went to this restaurant for dinner; it was Tuesday and we didn’t have a reservation. They sat us promptly and it wasn’t... busy . There were empty tables throughout our dinner. Pros: sat promptly, friendly hostess, my food and cocktail was ok andsinging wait staff. Cons: waited an hour for food to arrive; waitress did tell us that it would take 25 minutes to cook thechicken meal. The food arrived an hour later; we were thinking of leaving when it arrived. Other upscale steakhouse restaurantat least give you bread; not this one. We order garlic bread for the appetizer and it was salty for my taste. Family memberordered the bbq rib; the rib was huge and chewy. I tasted the rib and it was too sweet and chewy . Also, we didn’t reallysee the waitress much and we had to ask other waiters for help. This is an upscale restaurant in a very touristy Niagara Falls ON, and was a good break compared to other options on the close... by Clifton Cliff. We were here on a slower night and it wasn’t so busy. Server was great, and there were couple of songsperformed in the centre of the restaurant, not at our table. Food was good, especially cheesy warm bread, however I think thatrestaurant is overpriced. Please note that there are not so many vegetarian options. Read more

I can definitely see why Remington's is one of Niagara's top-rated steakhouses! Brought my husband here for dinner on his... birthday. We had a great experience, from the moment the friendly hostess greeted us and all throughout the meal. Forappetizers, we shared the ahi tuna and the escargot. We each had the surf-and-turf for our main. The lobster tail was butteredto perfection. Everything was delicious and the portions are sized perfectly - appetizers were not too big so we were able toenjoy them and our entrees without any waste, but left comfortably full. The restaurant is inviting and elegant, but also cozy.I must also say that as far as a steakhouse goes, the prices here are super reasonable. (I only added this because I saw someother people in their reviews making unfair comments about the price...well, you're not gonna get a steak here at the same costas a pizza or a burger at the other places on the strip...and Remington's has offers on Groupon if you're interested. Theirwebsite also has their menu with all of their prices and specials...there's no surprises in the prices).
