We had a lovely dinner at Sparks. The restaurant put together a 5 course prix fixe menu for our group we had calamari, mussels,... a rose pasta, as well as a choice between steak, salmon or chicken for the main course. I had the steak and it was cookedperfectly medium. For desert we had choice between chocolate cake and tiramisu which were both delicious. The cocktails wereamazing too. Read more

The restaurant has a nice decor and everyone is friendly. The steak is alright but for 62$ and a sad side of fries and veggies... it is steep. The food and drink came out lacking any flare. I had to request the lime for the drink and they brought it on anapkin. I wouldn't retry this location again. I gave 3 stars because the food was edible. It's the price and the lack ofvalue for the price. They don't have a baked potato option if that is something you would want with your steak. Try if youwant but it will be a hefty lesson. Read more
Our server for the night was Jason; an amazing dude who suggested the right kind of steak for the mood and meal after a hard end... to the Weekdays of work. I took his suggestion for Delmonico Cut and asked for it to be cooked Chicago style with the centerbeing medium. Probably the juiciest steak I've had in Niagara, period; perfectly charred on the outside, and comes with a greatcompliment of fries. 10/10, definitely coming back here again. Read more

I have to thank the Chefs ????????? ?????????????????? and the owner for providing the most spectacular fine dining encounter.... Almost 20 of us celebrated Turning Tables book event at Sparks. As a foodie l appreciated the artistry that started from thekitchen to the table. The cuisine was not only visually presentable, every bite transported you on a journey. The freshness ofthe muscles and calamari made you appreciate the fisherman?s toil, you literally felt the rhythm of the Mediterranean Sea. Theflavours were so delightful they told a story, the pasta was so authentically Italian it took you through the kitchens of Sicilybut most importantly evoked memories of love. The spices on the big, juicy and tender steaks delivered the best euphoric feelingof satisfaction #foodgasm.
