Webpage says it only opens at 5pm. It is open for breakfast. 33 floor view of both falls. Would be a great view for dinner.... Still good view of falls in the morning, but you are looking into the sun. Janice our server has work in this restaurant for 30+years. She was very personable and gave us invaluable info when she found out it was our first time to Niagara. Veggie omeletwas very tasty and the eggs benedict were perfect.
