I would not even give a 1 star but i guess i have to... I dont live here, my mother does and my husband wanted arbys so of... course i get it! Well my order was messed up because the women would nit stop interrupting us and trying to tell us what theorder was. I called back to get it replaced because it is too expensive not to have what you ordered. Well they told me to bringthe old sandwich because it was "policy". 1. I just ran through the drive thru and got a beef and cheddar. It was really good. Fast and tasted good. Great lunch.
Staff wasn't really friendly here today- the food was decent but not stellar. The chicken bites, beef and cheddar and gyro were... at best lukewarm. (Was hoping dining in would be an improvement over the drive thru experience we had.) Tried to do the surveyonline but there's no store number listed on the receipt which is interesting. We stopped for dinner after my daughter's dentist appointment my husband's Burger was completely raw they had forgotten a fry... they forgot to make my peach lemonade there was literally five people trying to do the drive-thru job with two cars anddrive-thru there was one other couple there besides us my kids chicken sliders was so hard they could not eat them it lookedlike they have been cooked for hours the girl at front tried to get ugly and was like oh I could say something but I'm not goingto when my husband was asking for his raw Burger to be replaced then I informed them that there was no ketchup out front theysaid that they have been trying to get out there for a while to put it out but couldn't and still didn't even though we werehalfway through the meal the girl that tried to catch an attitude went to the bathroom at least three times in the in 20 minutesthat we was at our table to come out sniffling her nose, rubbing it It seemed like the workers that were there tonight onDecember 6th was extra energized and all trying to do the same job without doing any of their jobs, we stood at the counter forover 10 minutes trying to order then in the middle of ordering they was getting distracted doing other things we will neveragain eat there. I will also be calling the Health department to report that they were feeding prople raw meat he was halfwaythrough it before he realized that it was completely raw then the girl at front tried to tell us that it was supposed to looklike that like I'm not 35 and I've been cooking for over 20 years I know meat is not supposed to be bloody and raw.
