The pizza was cold and burned, it was ready when I picked it up but it was gross, the lava cakes are ALWAYS burned on the... bottom. I've ordered them three times and I won't again I just kept hoping they would get better but they never did. Read more
Placed order online. Watched the dominos tracker. It said it was out for delivery for over an hour. I decided to call in to see... if there was a problem. The delivery driver answered the phone. He said he would look for my order. I waited for about 2 minutesand the phone disconnected. I tried to call back, but no one would answer. I waited a few and tried again. It was about 30minutes till closing. Never could get an answer. They closed, never got my food. It was all paid for off of my bank card. Nowall delivery places are closed and we never got dinner. I wasn't even upset that it was late. I know businesses are strugglingright now. What I am upset about is that they hung up on me and refused to answer the phone and NEVER brought me our food or tryto correct the situation. I couldn't believe this is how a well established business behaved. I am more upset about the way Iwas treated! Read more
I will never order from Domino's Pizza in Nicholasville ever again. It took them over an hour and thirty minutes to deliver a... pizza and 2 liter. Every time I called the store, the girl said the driver is in route then hung up. They charged me a $3.99 fordelivery fee on top of a tip. Pizza was cold. Nothing was done to make it right. Read more

I placed delivery for my family, I understand on weekends they attend to get extremely busy.
